WOVEN SILK LOGO TIES: A traditional
approach to reproducing your logo or seal as a repeating or single placement
pattern. Starting with yarn we weave the background and design simultaneously.
One time set-up fee of $150 includes design preparation, woven silk sample for
approval before weaving all the required cloth and individual cello sleeves.
Gift packaging and private label options available. Minimum 50 ties.
PRINTED SILK TWILL TIES: This process permits much more creativity in
laying out and coloring the design. Starting with white silk we engrave a
printing screen for each color required (including the background) and then
apply each color screen by hand. One time set-up fee of $150 includes up to 5
colors in design (additional colors are $25 per color), design preparation,
printed silk sample for approval before producing all the required yardage and
individual cello sleeves. Gift packaging and private label options available.
Minimum 110 ties.
PRINTED SILK TWILL SCARVES: Specially engraved printing screens designed
to include a solid border framing your design within a square or oblong format
are hand applied to white silk, one screen for each color (including
background). Scarves are finished with hand rolled hems. *Prices based on using up to 9 colors. Additional cost for 10 or more colors. One time set-up fee of
$175 includes up to 3 colors in design (additional colors are $60 per screen),
design preparation, sample for approval before all scarves printed and
individual cello sleeves. Gift packaging option available. Minimum 100 scarves.
