Essentially, two options exist for reproducing your design - weaving and printing. While each has its own minimums and design limitations, our experience can help guide you to the proper choice.

Weaving - In this process we start with yarn and loom background and design simultaneously. Visually, this method allows you the option of either the symmetrical repeat of an intricate corporate image or confining that image to one single placement on the tie. Backgrounds may be solid or striped. Two cloth options exist in weaving - all silk or all polyester:

Printing - Starting with white silk, we apply a printing screen for each color in the design. Few visual limitations apply as the face of the ties becomes a palette onto which any printable design can be reproduced. This production is offered only in silk:
