PAYMENT

What forms of payment do you accept?
Alynn accepts all major credit and debit cards, such as Visa, MasterCard, AmericanExpress, and DISCOVER. Unfortunately we are unable to accept PayPal, Bill Me Later, C.O.D., and checks at this time.
Is it safe to shop online?
We utilize 128-bit SSL certificates to keep your information safe and secure. Our website is certified secure by Verisign and the Better Business Bureau Reliability Program. As an extra layer of protection, we only store your payment information in our order database long enough to complete the transaction - then the information is discarded.

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to authorization by the credit card company. If the company refuses to authorize payment for any reason, we will not accept the order.
When will I be charged?
When the order is placed your credit card or debit card will be authorized to ensure funds are available. A pending charge will show at first, once the order has been shipped the pending authorization will turn to an actual charge on the card provided. Please note if any changes are made on an order the card will be reauthorized. If the card is reauthorized you may see multiple authorizations, but once shipped all pending authorization will drop off anywhere between same day to 2 business days depending on the credit card company and or bank.

SHIPPING

If I place an order right now, when will it arrive?
If you place an order right now (why wouldn't you?), we will pack and ship it out by the next business day. Most orders are shipped same day if the order is placed before noon pacific standard time. If an order is placed over the weekend we will pack the order but the package will not be picked up until the next business day. The time it takes to receive your package will depend on where you live and what delivery service you select. Please visit our Shipping Options page for an accurate estimate of delivery time. All orders are shipped from Southern California.
I'm from Hawaii, Alaska, or the rest of the world. Will you ship to me?
Our free shipping policy only pertains to orders of $75 or more in the continental 48 states. However, we can and will ship orders to Hawaii, Alaska, and internationally! To estimate shipping charges, please visit our Shipping Calculator.

RETURNS

What is your return policy?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on everything we sell. If you're not happy with something you've ordered, no problem--we'll take care of it! Merchandise may be returned within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price, or within 60 days for store credit. Store credits can be used toward future purchases at Alynn. What if my order is damaged or defective?
We take damaged and defective items very seriously. If you have a problem with your order, please contact our customer service team and we'll help resolve the issue right away.
The color of the item I received doesn't match the color on the website. Why?
We work very hard to photograph and process every photo so that the colors depicted are as accurate as possible. However, the colors of your monitor, smartphone screen or tablet, can vary. Every device has its own set of colors, contrast and calibration. If you're not satisfied with the color of the product you receive let us know.

Do you offer gift wrap?
Every Alynn shipment is designed to feel like the recipient is opening a gift. From specially printed boxes to tissue paper and custom stickers, our packaging is truly awesome.

However, at this time we do not offer gift wrap.

PROMO CODES

I found a coupon code online. Why doesn't it work?
Often times, websites that are unaffiliated with our company will post archived coupon codes that have expired and/or no longer apply to our site. While we do sometimes work with promotional websites to provide you with opportunities for awesome promotions, codes posted on promo sites like these are out of our control and may sometimes be incorrect.

If you find that a coupon code you are using is invalid, we're sorry. It's a depressing feeling, we know. But all is not lost! Where can I get a promo code?
Alynn promo codes can be found in our newsletters, and are sometimes advertised on our social media and on the banner located at the top of our homepage. However, the main way to get the most up-to-date information regarding our latest promotions is our newsletter. By subscribing to our newsletter, we will periodically email you with updates on our newest products, sales, offers, and promo codes. Often, we'll even send exclusive promo codes that are available to our subscribers only. Please refer to the fine print for our promotions, as terms and conditions will vary.

How do I add a promo code?
You can add a promo code in the your cart (below the checkout button) or during checkout (right about the credit card fields). If the code is valid, the discount will appear immediately and your total will be updated.

Please note that promo codes cannot be applied after an order has been processed.

Sometimes, our deals do not require a promo code and are applied automatically. If this is the case, we will clearly state this in our newsletters and fine print.
How do promo codes affect my return?
If you decide to return items that have a discount, the amount refunded will be subject to the minimum spending amount of the promo. This means that if the items returned bring the new order total below the minimum spending amount necessary to use the promo, the discounted amount will be deducted from the refund. Discounts and discount thresholds exclude postage and packaging. If the original order is returned and you would like to reorder another size or color, we cannot reissue a promo code or deduct the discount from your order.

What's the difference between "self tie" and "pre-tied" bow ties?
A self tie bow tie, also referred to as a traditional bow tie, is the most common and regularly worn bow tie type. While either style of bow tie brings with it a smart and stylish look, there is a noticeable difference between the two, and that difference is one of convenience.
